Moses Lake, Wash. – Wualter Villalta Flores, 33, was hurt in a collision that happened in Moses Lake on Sunday, according to a report by the Washington State Patrol.
The wreck took place on State Route 17, on Sunday, December 24.
The WSP said Juan Mora, 56, of Othello, was driving south on SR 17 when he slammed into a Jeep Compass parked on the shoulder.
The Jeep was pushed into another parked vehicle ahead
Flores was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident and was transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
Mora was also hurt and was taken to a hospital in Moses Lake.
At least one of the vehicles struck a pedestrian, identified as Janell Dever, 59, of Pasco.
The pedestrian was transported to a Spokane hospital for treatment.
The WSP said Mora is expected to face charges of vehicular assault and DUI following the accident.
The crash is under investigation.
